Local author and former Sedona tour guide Todd Chapman gave a presentation about "High Strangeness" December 19th at the Art Glitter Gallery.
High Strangeness is a term used to describe the types of encounters as well as a location where many forms of paranormal activity overlap, such as UFO sightings, Bigfoot activity, inter-dimensional activity.
A gentleman from Utah was present and during the story-sharing portion of the evening, shared some of his experiences at the Skinwalker Ranch, and what he's currently doing here in the Verde Valley. We'll post more about his talk in an upcoming blog post, so stay tuned. You don't want to miss it!
Todd Chapman was a Sedona tour guide from 2008 - 2010, before moving to New Mexico. While in New Mexico, he continued his research into the unexplained by visiting specific locations and interviewing people who had encounters. He documented these accounts in a book series and Youtube Podcast entitled, "Paranormal Bedtime Stories." Todd is currently working on book 5 of the series.
In 2025 Todd moved back to the Sedona area and is now sharing stories from his journeys as well as from when he was a tour guide with the Ye Olde UFO Store.
