More to see at Superstition Mountain
We attended the festival this year in Apache Junction, and it didn't disappoint. The show began at 10:30am with the first speaker,
- Damian Harris of the Vulture City Ghost Town. Damian shared stories of the haunted dolls, buildings and more.
- Debe Branning was up next with friends talking about how they use Dowsing to detect spirits. The most interesting part was when they had people lay on the floor as they demonstrated how dowsing can be beneficial when locating graves as well as spirits.
- Get Ghosted presented next with some fascinating history of haunted locations in Phoenix, many locations not well known.
- Our favorite was Dave from UAP-PD, where Law Enforcement meets the unknown! Think about this for a moment: Who can police officers go to when they encounter something they're not supposed to talk about, let alone believe in? This is where Dave and Marianne come in. If you are able to attend, they will speak at the Phoenix MUFON gathering January 17th. See here for details: https://phoenixmufon.com/
- PAPS-EVPS & Life After Life was up next, demonstrating use of ghost hunting tools.
- Last was Staticom 3.0, sharing their Sounds of the Dead
Following the conclusion of the festival, groups broke off into ghost hunting tours.
There was a nice selection of food and artisan vendors. We ate there and shopped at several booths. We thought they had a great turnout and the weather was fantastic.
